At Wizard Industries, Inc., we've been proudly serving our customers for over 24 years and stand behind every product we sell. We make returns easy — just reach out, and we'll take care of you.

90-Day Return Policy
You have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at billy@wizind.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Items should be sent to: 1151 Riverside Drive, Ukiah, CA 95482.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards. Please contact us with any questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at billy@wizind.com.
