11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION — BINDING ARBITRATION

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase from WizardDetectors.com shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service, rather than in court. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
